Nestor "Nessie Knows" discusses the artists and miniature painters to who he looks for inspiration and advice when working on his own wargame miniatures and armies.
We also discuss how various art styles from comics to posters, etc have had an influence on the colors and shading styles in Nessie's painting style and approach. Specifically, how seeing miniature painters he looks up to use acrylic paints from multiple hobby brands on the same miniatures broke him out of the mental prison that told him he needs to know exactly what paints were used on someone else's project.
